The 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course contains the topic with deep learning and insight. You will get to learn each aspect from the basic to the deep core. The course of 500 Hours YTTC contains important topics of yoga, i.e. Yoga Asanas, Yoga Detox, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Physiology & Anatomy, Pranayama (Breathing Science), Meditation, In-depth understanding, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Teaching Methodology, and other important elements of yoga. The 500 Hours Yoga TTC style is completely based on Ashtanga and Vinyasa. You will learn to practice each asana with the breath movements correctly and properly.

Eligibility

Though the course is of advanced level yet you can join it from the beginner's level. The 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is the combination of two different yoga courses of varying levels, i.e. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course & 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course. You can join it from the level of 200 Hours which is the Beginner's level and continue it up to the 300 Hours Yoga TTC. Also, if you have done the 200 Hours Yoga TTC before then also you can join the course. Simply, Beginner and Advanced level practitioners are eligible to join the course and take their knowledge to the deepest level.

Yoga Alliance Certification

When you completed the 500 Hours Yoga Course with Pokhara Yoga Studio, you received your certificate which is registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. The certificate claims that you successfully pass the 8 weeks training of yoga by matching the standards and guidelines set by Yoga Alliance. After this, you are eligible to register yourself as an RYT-500 or 500 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher. This then allows you to start your professional career in the divine world of yoga.

PREREQUISITES

A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes.

Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.

RULES FOR STUDENTS

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make disciplined, respect teachers, and follow all rules. Always be on the time, if you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.

Clear your books of account before departure from Pokhara Yoga Studio. Before departure return your books, maps, or any goods which you borrowed. Pokhara Yoga Studio provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled programs of Pokhara Yoga Studio.

REFUND POLICY

An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.

If a student cancels the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded for cancellation. There is no charge for course cancellation.
