A. Well, you get yoga mats, cushions, and props at the school but still, if you want to use your own yoga mat, then bring it on your own.
A. Yes, you can start teaching as per your certificate. But it will be better if you start teaching after proper practice and knowledge as it helps you in becoming a confident yoga teacher.
A. Yoga Alliance is a USA-based organisation that is supporting yoga schools and students to become RYT (Registered Yoga Teachers). They offer proper curriculum, schedule, planning, qualification, and training. It is in simple words, a certification program for a yoga school.
